Our flagship Sleep Therapy runs 4 nights a week for 30 minutes. Here is how it works.

Join the Live Session

You will be sent a Zoom link to join the session once you sign up with your email. Camera off, no pressure.

Follow the Guided Breathwork

15 mins of simple Pranayama techniques to calm your nervous system. No experience needed—just breathe along.

Let the Sound Take Over

15 mins of Tibetan Singing Bowls create frequencies that slow your brainwaves. Drift into Theta state and restorative sleep.

About Breathe Into Sound

Breathe Into Sound is a program that combines two modalities that aid in nervous system regulation. We use Pranayama/ancient breathwork techniques along with sound therapy from Tibetan Singing Bowls.

Beyond our Live Sleep Therapy, we also regularly conduct offline breathwork + sound immersions for groups, and personalized private sessions.
